Adjacent to Darling Harbour, Darling Park is an iconic 3.6 hectare precinct. The office towers house a premium grade End of Trip facilities which feature bike racks, showers, change rooms and lockers. Upon completion, the vinyl flooring did not comply with the Australian Standard for slip-resistance.
After successfully trialling our clear non-slip solution, our coating was applied to all the wet areas. Upon completion of the installation, the areas were tested by an independent slip testing company, confirming our P3 slip-rating.

Peninsula Hot Springs is a natural geothermal mineral springs and day spa on the Mornington Peninsula. The beautifully maintained walkways frequently get wet, including timber walkways. To protect visitors from slips and falls, Stellmann Non-Slip was the winning solution in an durability test.
Our non-slip coating performed significantly better than an timber decking oil with an optional coarse grid. Because our coatings are specifically designed for slip-resistance, it significantly outlasted the decking oil.
