ANZ is among the top 4 banks in Australia with its global headquarters in Melbourne. Situated alongside the Yarra River, on Melbourne’s Collins Street, the building houses about 6,500 staff. The protect them from slips and falls, Stellmann Non-Slip Clear has been installed over 4000m2 of various floors and areas.

The ANZ Global Headquarters, located in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct, is a landmark building renowned for its modern design and sustainable architecture. The headquarters spans several floors and features state-of-the-art facilities designed to support ANZ’s large workforce and operations.

To comply with safety standards and protect staff and visitors from slips and falls, Stellmann Non-Slip Clear has been installed at a wide range of areas with various slip-ratings. In total, more than 4000m2 of flooring has been upgraded with our durable coating.

Project Scope and Implementation

ANZ selected Stellmann Non-Slip Clear after it found it outperformed an anti-slip treatment from a different supplier in terms of durability, compliance, and versatility. Thanks to our excellent adhesion, our coatings can be applied to a wide range of surfaces. The areas addressed included:

Bathrooms and Toilet Facilities:

Ensuring P3 slip-resistance in wet areas to prevent accidents. Surface materials include blue stone and ceramic tiles.

Kitchen Areas and Canteens:

Providing a safe environment where spills and splashes are common. Areas were upgraded with our P3 Soft coating as well as P3 for areas prone to get wet. Surface material include timber, vinyl and tiles.
