Swiss GriP becomes Stellmann Non-Slip Coatings. After successfully launching the Swiss GriP brand in 2019, we’re excited to continue our journey as Stellmann Pty Ltd. Now proudly Australian-owned, we are more committed than ever to providing premium quality non-slip solutions tailored to meet Australia’s unique needs.

Since introducing Swiss GriP to Australia in 2019, our durable solutions quickly became the country’s most used non-slip coatings. Our commitment to safety and quality led to swift certification by CSIRO, distinguishing us from anti-slip treatments. This independent accreditation not only boosted our credibility but we also set a new standard in the industry.

Swiss GriP Down Under

Who are we, you may ask? Swiss GriP Australia was founded by Jelmer Stellingwerf and Dano Estermann. After spending most of our professional careers in Switzerland, we made the move Down Under in 2019. As Swiss GriP Australia became synonymous with slip resistance, we fell in love with this incredible country and decided to make it our permanent home, Dano in Sydney and Jelmer in Melbourne.

This new chapter also shifted our business perspective. We recognised the unique needs of the Australian market and sought more control to adapt and innovate accordingly. In 2023, we approached Swiss GriP and reached an agreement to transition into Stellmann Coatings. Our non-slip solutions continue to uphold the highest safety standards, with Swiss pillars of precision, quality, and sustainability as our foundation.

Stellmann Non-Slip

Since launching the Stellmann Non-Slip Coatings in early 2024, we are now a leading supplier of non-slip coatings in Australasia and beyond. For instance, we have a strong network of certified installation and our coatings are available at National Tiles. Key projects include the application of Stellmann Non-Slip at all Auckland train stations. Other signature projects include our P3 Soft Non-Slip Coating Installation at ANZ’s Global Headquarters in Docklands and our P4 Non-Slip coating at the Brisbane Busway Stations. Furthermore, our coloured coatings have been installed at Caterpillar, Broken Hill Airport Hangar and the Northcote Eco-village.

As we move forward as Stellmann Non-Slip, our commitment to excellence remains unwavering.
