Northcote Place is a newly developed sustainable village in Melbourne. The houses use renewable energy and achieve an impressive NatHERS rating of 8 stars… Besides excellent insulation, the houses incorporate sustainable materials. Stellmann Aqualine PU PRO, our VOC-free, slip-free concrete floor coating has been used to upgrade the garages.
Achieving an 8-star rating in the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) is no easy feat. Northcote Place, a pioneering development focused on sustainability, has successfully reached this milestone and achieved a carbon-neutral rating. While Light Grey remains a popular choice, Traffic Grey and Anthracite Grey have also been selected by residents.
