At Stellmann, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t go quite right, our return process is straightforward.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the items haven’t been processed or shipped yet. Just email us at info@stellmann.com.au with your order number.

Once the order is packed or on its way, we’re unable to cancel it.

Returning an Item

You can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unused
  • Still in original packaging
  • You include proof of purchase

What Can’t Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or tinted products
  • Opened containers
  • Items damaged due to incorrect use or poor storage

Return Process

Email us at info@stellmann.com.au to request a return and get a return reference number. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is incorrect or faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll refund your shipping costs too.
