What's the minimum opening order?
We keep the entry point low so you can trial the range without overcommitting. Exact minimum order quantities and case packs are confirmed in your wholesale pack and matched to your store size.
What margin can we make?
Stellmann is priced to give retailers a healthy trade margin on a low-discount category: buyers choose it for certification, not price. Your full wholesale price book and recommended retail pricing come with your wholesale pack.
How many stockists do you sign per area?
We limit how many stockists we sign in each area so you're not competing with three other shelves down the road. The exact terms are confirmed when you onboard.
Do you supply certificates and Safety Data Sheets?
Yes. The range is independently tested to AS 4586 (lab) and AS 4663 (on-site) by NATA-accredited labs, and certified by CSIRO. You get the test reports, SDS and slip-rating certificates to show buyers and specifiers.
Can we sell it online as well as in-store?
Online resale is available to approved stockists under simple brand and pricing guidelines, so the brand stays consistent across every shelf and listing. We'll cover the details during onboarding.
What support do we get to actually sell it?
