Will the coating cloud our marble or terrazzo?
The finish is nearly invisible and preserves the depth of premium stone. That is the reason buildings choose it over acid etching, which permanently dulls the surface.
Can the lobby stay open during treatment?
Yes. Work is done in staged sections, and each treated zone needs up to 12 hours to cure. Zones treated overnight are walk-ready by morning so the lobby opens as normal.
What ratings does a lobby need?

Does it change how the floor is cleaned?
